Procedure of Veneer @ care Dental
The veneering process mostly requires three visits to the specialty dental centre.
The First Visit
Mostly regarded as consultation, Our doctor will examine your teeth to evaluate your suitability for the Porcelain Veneers Treatment. You will interact with our dentist to explain your goals. The dentist will determine the size of your teeth and the porcelain veneers required. An X-ray, impressions of the mouth and the teeth will be conducted
The Second Visit
During this appointment, our dentist will apply local anesthesia, remove 1 or 2-millimeter enamel from the outermost surface of your teeth, which is equal to the veneers to be replaced and will then make an impression which is sent to the laboratory to manufacture your veneers. Manufacturing your veneers may take 3 to 4 weeks
The Third Visit
Your teeth will be cleaned and prepared for veneer replacement. The dentist may choose to temporarily fit the veneer to witness the shape, color and size and adjustments will be made if necessary
A special cement will then be applied to the veneer and the veneer will be perfectly placed on your teeth.
Using a laser beam, the doctor activates the chemicals in the cement to tightly fix the veneer for all purposes. Adjustments can be made after the entire procedure.

Answers to questions
They last for around 8-15 years.
Brushing two times each day for two minutes, flossing daily, and wearing a bite guard at night are great ways to protect the veneers. It is also beneficial to avoid eating very hard foods like almonds, or cracking shells with the front veneers.
Typically patients are numb for the veneering process. There should be no pain during the procedure once numbness takes effect. With smaller cases (two or four veneers) there will be very little or no discomfort after the numbness subsides. Patients should expect some soreness of the gums and possibly the jaw in cases that involve eight or more veneers. The soreness can typically be alleviated with over the counter medications.
Try not to panic. Sometimes this happens, although it’s rare. Please try to save the veneer. Do NOT use crazy glue. Please call the prosthodontist’s office and they should try to get you in as soon as possible. Your tooth may be sensitive to cold foods or liquids when the veneer is off.
Yes, you can eat any food. However, it’s important to not chew on ice, bite your nails or chew on anything else that’s not supposed to be eaten. Otherwise, you can damage your veneers.
No! One of the top benefits of porcelain veneers is that they don’t stain. You can drink all the coffee and red wine you want while you have veneers without facing the consequences of a yellow smile. Your teeth underneath the veneers can stain, however. Make sure you’re still rinsing your mouth with water after consuming anything that can potentially stain your teeth to help prevent stains.
